Aivo takes your privacy seriously. Here's exactly what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed — in plain language.
What we collect
When you register or fill in the intake form, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number (WhatsApp and/or call) and email address
- Your business name, type, address, and city
- Business details you choose to share — services, photos, logo, social handles
- Payment details needed to send invoices and confirm payment
- WhatsApp conversation history related to your enquiry or project
How we use it
We use your information only to build and run your website — to design and deliver it, communicate with you about your project, send invoices and payment links, schedule your preview, and provide after-sales support. Your WhatsApp history is kept simply so we remember what was discussed and you never have to repeat yourself.
Who we share it with
We don't. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any other business, advertiser, or platform. It's used only by the Aivo team working on your project.
Where it's stored
Your files and details are stored securely and accessed only by the Aivo team building your site. Payment is handled over UPI or bank transfer — we don't store card numbers.
How long we keep it
- Your data is kept while your project is active.
- Once your website is delivered, your intake-form data and uploaded files (photos, logo, business details) are deleted.
- Basic contact details (name, phone, email) may be kept during the support window — 3 months for edits, 6 months for technical issues.
- If an issue ever needs your original files, we only act on them with your knowledge and consent.
How to request deletion
You can ask us, at any time, for a summary of the information we hold about you, or to delete your data. Just message us on WhatsApp or email hello@aivoonline.com and we'll take care of it.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You start with a small, fully refundable ₹100 registration — and you never pay the balance until you've seen and approved your website.
The ₹100 registration
To begin, you pay a ₹100 registration fee via UPI or bank transfer. This isn't the full payment — it's a small commitment that lets us start building your preview. There's no upfront full payment and no credit card required.
₹100 fully refundable. If you see your preview and aren't happy, the ₹100 is refunded in full — no conditions, no questions asked. You're not locked into anything until you approve the preview and make the final payment.
If you go ahead, the ₹100 is adjusted into the final price — so you effectively pay ₹100 less.
Cancellation
- Cancel any time before submitting the intake form for a full ₹100 refund.
- Once the form is submitted and work has begun, a refund applies only if you're not satisfied with the preview.
- After final payment and the site going live, refunds no longer apply.
The 3-day guarantee
Your preview is ready within 3 business days of submitting your intake form. If we miss that deadline, your project is free.
Terms of Service
The simple terms of working with Aivo — what we deliver, what you own, and how renewals and support work.
How it works
You register (₹100), fill in the intake form, and we build a preview within 3 days. You review it — up to 3 edit rounds are included at this stage. Once you're happy, you approve, pay the balance, and your site goes live, usually within a day.
What you own
The website is yours. Your domain is registered in your name — you own it, not Aivo. If you ever move your site elsewhere, we'll transfer the domain to you without complications.
Domain & hosting renewals
- Domain and hosting are free for the first year, included in every plan.
- From Year 2, renewal is ₹2,000/year for domain + hosting together. We send a payment link before it's due and handle the renewal for you.
- Optional business email (you@yourbusiness.com) renews at ₹2,500/year.
- If renewal isn't paid, the site goes offline until payment is made — no rebuild needed once you pay.
Support & edits
- Edits: up to 3 free edit requests in the first 3 months. After that, edits are ₹500 each.
- Technical issues: covered free for 6 months after launch, with a response within 6 hours.
- Brand-new pages or sections, full redesigns, and issues caused by changes you make yourself aren't covered by free support.
- The optional Aivo Care Plan (₹1,999/year) adds 6 edits a year, year-round technical support, and renewal reminders.
Payments
Payment is made via UPI or bank transfer — ₹100 to register, and the balance only after you approve the preview. The price you're quoted is what you pay; the only later costs are the annual renewal and optional business email, both communicated in advance.
Changes to these terms
These policies may be updated from time to time. Any significant change will be communicated to active clients.
